- Calling all early morning risers! A great class for the athlete or beginning participant to start the weekend off right! Get ready for anything and everything. A total body workout, stretching and meditation...this class will keep you engaged and forever fit! Dress in layers as this class will be both inside and outside. If raining, class will be indoors only.
