- We'll also craft a "Celebrate YOU" experience for your group! See some of our creative ideas at the bottom of this page.
- Experience small classes with distinctive teaching styles, creative inspiration and a variety of equipment.
- Classes fuse different intensities of strength, cardio, flexibility and agility with modifications and opportunities to move into more challenging variations as well.
- You'll never do the same workout twice - you'll never be bored and your body will never plateau!

A full body workout for all fitness levels. A well-rounded, fat-burning strength, core and cardio workout. Focus will either be Full Body, Upper Body or Core & Lower Body.
Jumpstart or intensify your fitness routine with a high-intensity, short-duration CIRCUIT TRAINING class. Three intensity options for all fitness levels. Perfect for those that have tight schedules and can only fit in 30 minutes or for those that want the full hour! The hour long class is treated as two 30 minute classes. Come for the first 30, come for the second 30 or stay for both!

A fresh look at the basics of yoga - great for all levels regardless of flexibility or body shape. Learn alignment tailored for your specific body type.
Power Flow Yoga
An active style of yoga moving quickly between poses with an emphasis on strength and flexibility and an opportunity for hand balancing. *It is helpful to be familiar with fundamental yoga poses.
Yoga for a Happy Back
A gentle practice that encourages improved postural alignment and freedom of back and neck pain. Excellent for those who are recovering from illness or injury.
