Jennifer's extensive personal health journey has allowed her to gain great insight and depth of knowledge, wisdom and sensitivity to others who face challenges in reaching their own optimal health goals. This desire and dedication to bring health, well-being, and motivation to each individual stems from her life-long experience.

For over 20 years, "Let food be your medicine" has been her philosophy. Jennifer's passion for optimal diet and healthy lifestyle began in high school when she recognized the solid connection between food and mood. From that point forward, Jennifer began her personal health journey. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Foods at The University of Georgia and successfully completed her Dietetic Residency at University Hospital with the Augusta Area Dietetic Internship. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (Weight Management), Greater Atlanta Dietetic Association, and American Diabetes Association. Jennifer enjoys presenting lectures for the annual Georgia Lupus Summit and other local organizations.

Jennifer believes that dietetics and nutrition are cornerstones for improving the State of the World. She was privileged to attend the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, where she attended cutting-edge lectures about chronic disease and well-being. Her adventurous long-term goal is to spearhead a committee to discuss and implement innovative nutrition interventions to address dietary-related oncology issues during the WEF Annual Meeting.
 
Jennifer’s favorite activities include cycling classes, yoga, Pilates, strength training, running, and snowboarding. She also enjoys creating healthy, plant-based meals, reading, traveling and experiencing new cultures and cuisines, as well as spending time with her spouse and their fur-children, a rescue boxer and cat.
