With over fifteen years of experience in the outdoor industry and a degree in history, Justin brings an expansive knowledge of adventure programs and solid detail oriented trip planning skills as well as an awareness and understanding of world cultures to the Thrive team. "I want to ignite a spark and passion in people for the outdoors."  

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and well-regarded work experience as a physical therapist assistant,  Bryant Meeks shares his knowledge of fitness with his clients.  As a former varsity football player at Georgia Southern University, assistant to the head strength coach, and white water raft guide, Bryant has a true passion for sports, team building and adventure. 

James brings over 14 years of professional experience in personal training and fitness education.  After years of professional soccer and living a life of wellness, he received his BS in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic. James understands that everyone's body and journey is unique and he is prepared and able to make a specific training and lifestyle routine for you and your specific needs.  His excitement for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is genuine and motivates you to be your best self.

With 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, Kellie Pioch brings experience and expertise in sales, marketing, private and group fitness instruction, wellness coaching, and corporate wellness to her role as Director of Business Development. Kellie appeared on TV in a weekly segment called the "Fitness Minute" while living in Tampa, FL.  Kellie's primary focus is to continually increase brand awareness and manage the day to day operations of the studio.  She has daily oversight of the Web site, social media and marketing strategies.  

Tanya Brackman has been active in the wellness industry for over 20 years.  As both a  group fitness instructor and a licensed dietitian, Tanya works hard to help her clients achieve their goals.

Jason Jones understands the effects of weight gain - physically, mentally, and emotionally.  After losing over 90 pounds and keeping it off for almost a decade, Jason recognizes the importance of lifestyle balance.  Drawing from his own experiences and a newfound passion for fitness, Jason helps people create their own healthy lifestyle changes. He uses a multitude of training techniques to motivate, educate and support clients in achieving their personal goals. His enthusiasm for fitness is compelling, making work outs  enjoyable and rewarding experiences. 

When teaching yoga, Rachel hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives off the mat.

Back in the 1990's Kelley noticed stress taking a toll on her body as she worked in a high-pressure TV journalism job. With wrists aching, poor sleeping patterns and unexplained stomach pain - she turned to yoga.  It worked!  Now she feels better than ever and loves sharing the gift of yoga with her students.  Kelley has studied with master teachers around the world and enjoys teaching students brand new to yoga, as well as those seasoned practitioners.  Her mottos is "if you can move you can do yoga."  What could be better than helping guide students to discover their own healing powers and live their most vibrant life?  Kelley's classes are a blend of the many styles of yoga she has studied - from Vinyasa Flow to deep relaxation that leads to meditation and a calmer, clearer mind and a stronger body.

With a passion for fitness and living well, MaShelle Dean focuses on keeping classes FUN for participants.  She leads through motivation and encouraging her students to push beyond their perceived limits while emphasizing safety and proper form to maximize results.  Students leave class feeling strong and successful!

With a degree in advertising from the Art Institute of Atlanta, Rhonda Rawls brings experience and expertise in marketing, communications and graphic design to her role as Director of Marketing and Special Projects. Rhonda's primary focus is to continually increase brand awareness. She has daily oversight of the Web site, social media and marketing strategies.
